Terms of use of this website

Website Terms and Conditions – Australia

Access to and use of this website is subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (Terms of Use). By using this website, you are agreeing to all the Terms of Use.

Website Information & Accuracy

The information provided on this Safari website is intended as a general guide only. While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed at the time of publication, Safari reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or change information without prior notice.

Product applications, specifications, and vehicle fitment details are compiled using a combination of internal and external sources. Due to the complexity of vehicle model variations and manufacturing changes, genuine errors may occur. Safari reserves the right to correct any such errors relating to applications, specifications, or associated information.

Product Fitment Disclaimer

Product fitment information published on this website is based on vehicle manufacturer specifications available at the time of publication. Vehicle designs, specifications, and model variants may change over time, which may affect snorkel suitability for certain applications.

Vehicle models and production dates shown are indicative only. Customers should exercise care when ordering snorkels or spare parts, particularly if their vehicle’s build date is close to a model change. If unsure, customers should consult an authorised Safari distributor or Safari to confirm the correct product for their vehicle.

Safari snorkel kits are engineered for specific vehicle models and configurations as listed. Variations in regional specifications, factory options, aftermarket modifications, or accessories (including but not limited to flares, body lifts, or bull bars) may affect fitment. It is the responsibility of the installer to verify compatibility prior to installation. Safari accepts no liability for fitment issues resulting from non-standard vehicle configurations or incorrect application.

Installation Responsibility

Information provided on this website does not constitute vehicle-specific technical advice. Safari strongly recommends that all snorkels be installed by an authorised Safari installer or a suitably qualified professional, and in accordance with Safari’s official installation instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Safari, its employees, and distributors accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury (whether direct or indirect) arising from reliance on information published on this website or from the use or installation of any product referenced herein. Users are responsible for ensuring products are installed correctly and used in accordance with Safari’s instructions and safety requirements.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Reference

All Safari snorkels are covered by the Safari Lifetime Warranty (where applicable) when installed in accordance with Safari’s published installation guidelines. All other Safari products are covered by a warranty which differs in duration and coverage according to the nature and use of the product. Incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow recommended procedures may void warranty coverage. These warranties operate in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Version Control

Information published on this website represents the most current version available at the time of publication and supersedes any previous versions. Customers are encouraged to refer to the website regularly for the latest updates.

Invalidity

If any part of the Terms of Use is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Use will not be affected and all other clauses remain in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub clause or part of a clause/sub clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause must be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause must be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause/sub clause as is permitted by law.
