Financial Controller
Location:Croydon South, VIC
Position:Full time
Hours:8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end transactions, close processes, reconciliations, and reporting. Manage payroll and ensure on-time compliance with ATO requirements, including BAS, FBT, Foreign Exchange and end of Financial Year Reporting.
- Oversee and manage the Business Central General Ledger system, MYOB Payroll and Time and Attendance systems to ensure timely and essential upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives are undertaken.
- Act as the key finance business partner, providing financial insights and guidance to internal stakeholders and supporting decision-making processes.
- Monitor and update finance policies, manage debt and expenditure recognition, and lead continuous improvement efforts across finance systems and processes.
- Provide support and guidance to the finance team, ensuring an effective and efficient working environment
Accounting Assistant
Location:Croydon South, VIC
Position:Full time
Hours:8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Skills, experience, and role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in managing day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, for review by senior accounting staff.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial information.
- Provide support during the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Assist in implementing and improving accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance in financial operations.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Receptionist
Location:Croydon South, VIC
Position:Full time
Hours:8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet visitors
- Receiving and distributing mail
- Keeping the office, reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy
- Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
